As our first release of 2014 we welcome back After Dark with this powerful double-pack of somewhat experimental tracks. Contrasting moods emphasise their distinction, but both retain a characteristic melancholy and pensive nostalgia: 'The Interview' with its dreamy rhodes, crisp percussion and warm sub pleasantly rolls with a delicate jungle flavour, while 'Elevation' jacks straight into the elation of "hands-in-the-air" moments bygone playfully layered with the rich poly-synth sounds of today, before breaking into a monster beat and a deceptive 4x4 groove - watch out for the wonky piano in the intro!
