'Reminisce' is a track for the recovery session: maybe one Sunday at Blue Note back in the day. The melo- dies and riffs are all cool jazz and warm rushes: deep rhodes, muted pads and emotive flute. Beneath the golden nostalgia vibes though, there's a modus operandi of controlled tumult, quick-fire drum edits and booming subs that nicely set off the atmospheric overtones with a harder undercurrent.
